Who we are
Brandaify is a marketing and growth agency operating six studios. For the purposes of data protection law we are the data controller for information collected through this website and our client engagements. Our registered details and the contact point for privacy questions are in section 10.
We are based in, and this policy is governed by the laws of, the State of Minnesota.
What we collect

Your rights
Security
Access to client systems is granted per person and per engagement, revoked at handover, and never shared through a common login. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Credentials live in a managed password vault, not in email or spreadsheets. No system is perfectly secure, and if a breach affected your data we would tell you promptly and plainly rather than quietly.
